WHAT SETS US APART

Unlike traditional landscape companies that typically visit once every 1–2 weeks with a high-volume, reactive “mow-and-go” approach, we offer a premium boutique model:

·         Frequency & Proactivity: Multiple visits per week for ongoing, attentive care.

·         Equipment & Sustainability: Push mowers and hand/battery-electric tools only — no heavy equipment. Dramatically quieter operation with zero fumes.

·         Detail-Oriented Philosophy: Meticulous, proactive attention for clients who want more than volume-driven service.

·         Elevated Communication: Personalized, responsive service with transparent monthly reporting.

·         Professional On-Site Attire: All personnel wear neat, professional clothing appropriate for high-end estate properties.

·         No Contracts: Service is month to month and is always billed in arrears (after services have been rendered).

THE BENEFITS TO YOU

·         Superior Property Presentation: Consistent high-level attention that maintains and enhances beauty and health year-round.

·         Peace of Mind & Transparency: Detailed monthly reports and proactive recommendations provide complete visibility.

·         Quiet, Clean & Respectful Service: Significantly lower noise and zero emissions mean minimal disruption.

·         Landscape Preservation: Careful practices protect your investment by avoiding compaction and damage from heavy equipment.

·         Premium Partnership: Estate-level service with elevated communication — we treat your property with the care it deserves.

PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS & REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

·         Fully Licensed and Insured: Business licensing through the State of Florida and proof of insurance are available upon request.

·         Green Industries Best Management Practices (GIBMP) Training: Team members complete a state-approved training course through the University of Florida/IFAS.

·         Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) Limited Fertilizer License: Although we do not routinely apply fertilizers, if supplemental care may be needed above and beyond what the client’s primary chemical/pesticide vendor is providing, team members obtain and maintain a limited fertilizer license.
